Over the Christmas period, the BBC satirical quiz show "Have I Got News For You" was airing with the usual bunch of "hoo-ha's" and "oinks" as ever giving the impression that they are from a superior race due to their advanced intellect.
I do not know if I made up the word "hoo-ha" or "who-ha" or heard somebody else say it but although I am pretty sure it does not exist in the eyes of the purist, it is certainly a term that should be added to our English dictionary as it sums up many English people that think of themselves of an upper crust level or even education sometimes in a well put way.
Guest host Martin Clunes even goes over the top in this clip making the step up from oink to hoo-ha with his expanded use of pronunciation of Italian names. Having said all of this the show still does manage to conjure up some amusing moments and when Mario Balotelli's name was mentioned during the odd one out round I took more closer notice of the show than I usually do for at least a few minutes and this is what happened.
